IF WE ARE HEALTHY MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY WE ARE BETTER ABLE TO NAVIGATE THE CHALLENGES THAT CONFRONT US. AS WE HEAL WE CREATE AN INTERNAL ANCHOR THAT HELPS US TO NAVIGATE STRESS, TRAUMA, BURNOUT, INSOMNIA, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND OTHER ILLNESSES. WE ARE BETTER ABLE TO ALIGN WITH OUR INNER CAPACITIES WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO HELP US THRIVE EVEN WHEN EVERYTHING AROUND US IS IN CHAOS. WHEN WE’RE UNHEALTHY SOMETIMES THERE ARE ENERGETIC BLOCKS THAT DON’T ALLOW US TO EASILY ACCESS THE TOOLS AND THE STRENGTH WE HAVE WITHIN TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES.
WE’RE DESIGNED TO SELF-HEAL SO WHEN WE’RE IN OPTIMAL CONDITION OUR BODY KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO REPAIR ITSELF AND OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM CAN DO IT’S JOB MORE EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY. BUT, WE FIRST HAVE TO BE AWARE OF THIS AND SECONDLY WE NEED SOME KNOWLEDGE AS TO HOW TO ACTIVATE THE HEALING PROCESS.
TO ACTIVATE THE HEALING PROCESS WE NEED TO BE IN A PARASYMPATHETIC STATE OF REST AND DIGEST SO THAT OUR BRAIN AND BODY KNOWS WE’RE SAFE AND THEN IT CAN RUN THE INTERNAL PROGRAMS TO GET US BACK INTO GOOD CONDITION. HOWEVER, IF WE HAVE PRE-EXISTING HEALTH CONDITIONS, A LOT OF TRAUMA OR EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE, IT WILL SLOW DOWN THE NORMAL HEALING PROCESS WHICH IS WHY WE NEED TO BEGIN TO START NOW WORKING ON GETTING OURSELVES IN OPTIMAL SHAPE MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY SO THAT IF ANYTHING WERE TO HAPPEN WE ARE IN A GOOD POSITION TO HEAL AND RECOVER QUICKLY.
WHEN YOU ADD COVID TO THE EQUATION, AND THE FACT THAT IT MAY BE WITH US AS AN ENDEMIC INDEFINITELY, WE NEED TO BE EVEN MORE INTENTIONAL ABOUT GETTING INTO AND STAYING IN OPTIMAL SHAPE. IT’S USUALLY SMALL CHANGES DONE CONSISTENTLY OVER TIME THAT LEAD TO LONG LASTING, POSITIVE CHANGE.
