Jacki Singleton is Founder + CEO of Image Empire International. She’s a passionate Image Development Specialist, coach and teacher who has spent many years honing her skills. After graduating from Rutgers Business School with her B.S. in Accounting, the only thing Jacki was sure of was that she wanted to work with people. She’s always been multi-passionate which can be challenging to navigate when deciding on a career, but deep within Jacki knew she wanted to do something in the image, fashion and beauty space. What she didn’t know is what this journey would entail.
Jacki began her career in fashion working at the internationally renowned Donna Karan Company where she held several positions within the company before realizing her dream job as an Assistant to the CEO & Chief Designer, Donna Karan.
It was while working with Donna Karan that she learned the many intricacies of the fashion industry and saw firsthand what it was to lead a major fashion company. After leaving Donna Karan, Jacki’s next adventure in fashion was at Kenneth Cole Productions, where she spent over six years mastering the operations side of the fashion & footwear industry. From there her next stint was working as Showroom Manager & Assistant to the CEO at Nina Footwear where she did everything from event planning, oversaw all of the showrooms, while also supporting the CEO. Little did she know that after her many years working in fashion that she would soon find herself working at some of the most prestigious beauty brands. This was an unplanned but rather special surprise because while Jacki had a heart for fashion, from a young girl her soul was entrenched in beauty. She landed roles assisting CEOS & Presidents at Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, bareMinerals and Laura Geller. It was while working in the fashion and beauty industries that she realized even more intensely the role image played in people’s lives. She learned that Image is in fact everything…
Jacki conceived the idea for Image Empire International, when one day out of the blue, her mentor asked her what was the name of her company. While she had never given much thought to starting her own company, let alone a name, she quickly said, Image Empire International.
Jacki took her time launching IEI because she knew she needed a solid foundation, the proper tools and a ton of experience in order to help her clients experience long-term, sustainable results. She also felt the need to do some personal healing work that she believed would make a big difference in how she showed up as a CEO and how she would interact with her clients.
