IF I HAD TO CHOOSE I WOULD PROBABLY TAKE A DEEP DIVE INTO SLEEP FIRST AS HEALING, DETOXING AND A LOT OF IMPORTANT PROCESSES HAPPEN WHEN WE SLEEP THAT CONTRIBUTE TO OUR OVERALL HEALTH. MOST SLEEP EXPERTS SAY WE NEED BETWEEN 7-9 HOURS OF SLEEP SO YOU WANT YOUR GOAL TO BE SOMEWHERE IN THAT RANGE. TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN YOU WANT TO CREATE A NIGHT TIME ROUTINE THAT GETS YOU INTO BED AND ASLEEP AT A CERTAIN TIME. A FEW DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHS WHERE YOU INHALE THRU THE NOSE FOR 4 COUNTS AND EXHALE THRU THE NOSE FOR 8 COUNTS WILL HELP YOU TO CALM DOWN AND RELAX ANYTIME OF DAY OR NIGHT.

I WOULD SPEND MY ENERGY FOCUSING ON BEING HEALTHY AND KEEPING MY VIBE HIGH SO THAT NO SICKNESS OR DISEASE, INCLUDING COVID, WOULD STAND A CHANCE WITH ME.
